The Flip Off is an all-you-can-eat pancake event to benefit food insecurity in the Chicagoland area.

How it works:
- 3 Contestants On Stage from 11AM - 12:30PM
- Each Contestant will cook their pancakes on their own hot griddle on stage.
- Participants pay a $10 cover and will have access to eat as many pancakes as they'd like. The participants will vote anonymously for their favorite pancake.
- Each Contestant will have a Food Insecurity Mutual Aid / Non-Profit selected that they represent. The Mutual Aid/Non-Profit of the contestant voted Best Pancakes will receive 100% of all tickets sold.
Golden Dagger opens for Coffee at 8AM, General Admission, No Reserved Seating. ALL EVENTS AT GOLDEN DAGGER ARE 21+. Tickets are NOT mailed to you unless you select delivery. All Tickets are Non-Refundable. All Tickets are Non-Transferrable. A NON-REFUNDABLE service charge will be added to the purchase price of each ticket - in the instance of a show cancellation, this fee will not be returned. Outside food and/or drink is not allowed.
VACCINATION POLICY: All guests that plan to stay on site are required to be fully vaccinated until further notice. You can show your physical vaccination card, a copy of your card, an email confirmation of your vaccination or a photo of your card at the door or to our baristas/bartenders. Your name or birth date must match your valid government-issued ID.
